To all the staff at The Martins, my family and I would just like to express our thanks to you all for the
way you handled everything for our dear mum F. We appreciate everything you did on the day and
leading up to it. It all went so smoothly and although we all felt sad and upset, we felt it went
perfectly from start to finish, and you played your part so well! Thank you all so much.

difficult time. All things you did that we did not think of like the photos of the flowers, the ‘Om’ on

Dear Adrian, we wanted to write to say thank you to you and your colleagues for your professional
services for Uncle P’s funeral. We also appreciated your help and personal guidance through all the
processes necessary to accomplish the service when, where and how we wanted.

Any time that I made contact with The Martins my queries were dealt with in a friendly yet
professional manner. From the initial phone call to Adrian to the queries I had, which must have
sometimes seemed trivial to those who know their way in these matters, everyone was pleased to go
patiently through the relevant procedures in detail. I was given very clear instructions which gave the
confidence required to take each step in turn. Thank you all so much for your care a t a difficult time.

Dear The Martins staff, I would just like to thank you for the way you arranged my mum’s funeral,
L.B. Everything was handled professionally and with compassion, everyone was really helpful. On the
day of the funeral we didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything was so well organised right down to the
little finishing touches, e.g. all the cards etc. hand delivered in a little book with a CD of the flowers.
